 A home made creamed stock sauce lightly seasoned and served over a light puff pastry shell.


Scrod Au Gratin

 A light flaky white fish, broiled in butter garlic, white wine & seasoned with breadcrumbs.


Chisholm Trail Steak

 A slow cooked sirloin steak, smothered onions, tomatoes and celery and cooked to fork tenderness.


Cheese, Sausage or Pesto Ravioli

 Served with your choice of our Homemade Marinara, or our Blue  Cheese Vinaigrette.
